Improv is for everybody. I’ve taught students of all ages–from kiddos not yet in school, to community members in their nineties. My older students constantly tell me that they love what improv gives them. Practicing improv stimulates our brains, giving us more mental agility. It keeps us active physically and mentally, all while boosting our social interactions and widening our community. Improv classes provide fun stress-relief and valuable life skills, no matter one’s age.

I’m excited to offer my 8-week Improv for Adults at the Old Atlanta location of the Forsyth County Parks and Recreation Department. This class in Suwanee, Georgia (in the northern Atlanta suburbs) is perfect for adults who have flexible weekday schedules. It runs on Thursdays (1-3pm), starting January 15th. If you’re retired or otherwise have Thursday afternoons free, you can sign up now.

Improv is playtime for grownups. We all need a little more play in our lives!
