Lots of people think of classes in the arts as an “extra” thing–something we can do when we have extra time or money. But improv and storytelling classes truly nurture our emotional and mental well-being. Most parents know this, and will make sure their offspring have multiple creative and expressive outlets, while often neglecting their own. Adults need art too. Learning new things keeps us smart, challenged, healthy, and young.

Taking care of yourself should never be “extra.”

Taking an improv or a storytelling class as an adult sparks your creativity, boosts your confidence, and is an easy and fun way to form new friendships. Making friends as a grownup can be daunting for some of us. But both improv and storytelling classes not only foster friendships between students in the class, they give each student the skills to form new, close bonds outside of class as well.

My in-person improv class in Suwannee, GA (just north of Atlanta) runs on Saturdays (11am-2:30pm), and begins January 18th.

My online storytelling class runs on Thursdays (6-8pm EST), and starts January 23rd. You can take this class from anywhere!

So whether you want to dip your toes in an acting class or a public speaking course, I’ve got something that will fit your needs.

Space is limited in both of my upcoming adult classes, so make to register now and save your spot!
